    1. Monitor for flu-like symptoms including a wellness check before starting work. Any staff with flu-like symptoms and/or who are not feeling well are not permitted to work.

To secure your booking, simply complete the booking process online or speak with one of our dedicated representatives. A non refundable deposit in the amount of 50% is require to secure the booking. This will block the date/time and ensure your spot. Final payment is due on the 10 business days prior to service date.

We offer a range of options for various dietary requirements, including halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and more. Please inform us of any specific dietary needs when making your booking.

GLUTEN-FREE items are prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. Therefore, Curbside Foods DOES NOT recommend these items for guests with celiac disease. Guests with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment in consuming food.

HALAL- We understand the importance of providing Halal options for our customers. All of our chicken and beef products are sourced from suppliers who adhere to strict Halal guidelines. We take great care to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of Halal certification, providing our customers with peace of mind when enjoying our dishes.

combined, Our fleet of 8 food trucks has the capacity to serve up to a total of 800 guests per hour for catering or cashless transactions. If you require service for smaller events, we can provide a single truck to meet your needs with a servicing rate of 75-100 people per hour. Rest assured, we are equipped to handle high-volume events with professionalism and efficiency.

As a general guideline, we recommend having one food truck for every 500 attendees at a public event. Additionally, including an ice cream or dessert vendor is advised to cater to the diverse preferences of event attendees. Please keep in mind that approximately 28% will be purchasing items from the total population.

Curbside foods burgers are all 6 oz of pure tastiness. The perfect size. Big enough to satisfy your hunger and perfectly balanced to highlight your meal and fill your mouth up with flavor. This includes all our vegetarian, crispy chicken and beef patties.
All our fried items are cooked in Non GMO expeller-pressed canola oil. Since it’s not genetically modified, this oil provides a better option for more nutritious cooking. The oil has been expeller pressed, meaning that it has been extracted by a mechanical process rather than a process involving chemicals. Wow, that’s a mouthful! Simply put; if it ain’t pressed, it ain’t clean.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit & electronic payment transfers. We will even allow you to help out in the kitchen to help pay for your meal! Please note: credit card processing has a 4% additional fee so please pay by electronic payment transfers or cash to avoid unnecessary fees.

For any local events, no travel fees will be applied. Any events outside of our service area will have a travel rate of approximately $200.00 per hour

Always book for the minimum number that you know are 100% confirmed.  We always come overstocked with food and can accommodate the next people

We recommend booking our food truck services as soon as you are ready to secure your spot by making a 50% nonrefundable deposit. To ensure availability and proper planning, we kindly ask that reservations be made an approximately 45-60 days prior to the event date.

Normally we offer a 1 hour window for food service. If more time is required for serving food, we have an extra charge of $225.00 per additional hour.

Food truck parking at events must be on a flat, level surface to ensure the cooking oil remains stable and safe. We prefer to park on the street as we do not want to damage private property.

the Average weight of a food truck is approximately 8,750 pounds. The smallest unit is 8 ft by 16 ft and largest is 8 ft by 45FT with height of 12.5FT

We are currently accepting applications for our year-round operation, with a focus on our peak food truck season from June to September. Students and individuals interested in a summer position are encouraged to apply.
