Step 1:

We start with creating the dough by adding all the ingredients (fresh white cheese, milk, vegetable oil, baking powder, brown sugar, flour, water, and salt) for ten minutes! Then, our chefs keep the bowl in the freezer for at least thirty minutes. 

Step 2:

Our chefs bring the dough out and knead it properly to make it smooth! Next, they cut the dough and cheese into pieces and wrap the cheese sticks with the dough from the end!

Step 3:

Finally, we fry it until it gets golden brown and ready to serve!

Our chefs begin cutting the cheese sticks and dip them into the egg mix (salt, black pepper, and whisk). Then, they coat those in the bread crumbs. 

Step 2:

Here, we go for the second coating through egg and bread crumbs while placing the sticks in the freezer for two hours. Lastly, our chefs bring it out and fry those golden brown!

Step 3:
